Encore Lobster, a photo series


Setting the spread.

There is something decidedly savage about using your hands.

Summer weekend in New England Menu:

Live lobsters (boiled for 22 minutes w/ dill, lemon).
Sliced avocados (modest sprinkling of salt, pepper).
Mesculin salad (ripe tomato, scallion, Israeli cucumbers, raspberry-hazelnut dress)
Magic Hat Lucky Cat (beer kitty, kitty)
