Another reason to love Vosges: Bacon

I love bacon. I have a neighbor who likes to cook it for breakfast quite often. I'd like to befriend this neighbor. For the moments in between, I'll settle for a BLT from the diner down the street.

While shopping at Union Market today, I came across the Mo's Bacon Bar by Vosges Chocolate.  The milk chocolate bar is dressed up with applewood smoked bacon and Alder wood smoked salt. This is a good bar of chocolate. The savory and smoke flavors magnificently compliment the creamy milk chocolate.

I like this bar as a stocking stuffer or perhaps a compliment to a bottle of wine for a hostess of a diner party.
