a staple, fatoosh

After a long night at the beer garden, followed by a biblical thunderstorm, nothing seemed more appealing that Fatoosh on Fifth in Park Slope. The ingredients are fresh and varied. The falafel sandwich takes about ten minutes as they form and cook it to order. It's a generous portion which can be shared with the combination salad plate, which features the traditional: babaghanouj, tabouleh, foole, hummus & muhammara. The Pitzahs are also delicious, but a bit more hearty. I suggest the Leek, if yo should choose that route.

Delicious Greek cheap eats are easy to come by in NYC, but this is something a little different. It feels better in your body.
