I met up with Marcel in the old hood this afternoon for coffee and cookies at S'Nice. A vegan/vegetarian haven buzzing with folks. The portions looked great, the coffee was subpar and the cookies hearty. Marcel recommends the Bueno Burrito. I recommend sitting outside: it's S'Nice.
