Parisian photographer + street artist JR creates massive poster portraits as part of his 28mm project. These images are in the Favelas (slums) of Rio de Janeiro. The collective work results in spectacular faces all across the hillside. These community matriarchs look protectively upon their neighborhood. More of JR's incredible work can be seen in the book.
