Sometimes I do not realize that the day has shaped into something wonderful. The savage cold has let up, the sunshine is out. I'm glad I took a break from the office. I took a few Polaroids, picked up a pack of my favorite gum.

The afternoon break put me in better spirits for the meeting with the salesman I had scheduled later in the afternoon. Here's a positive in dealings with pushy sales reps: they always bring gifts...
