I wasn't sure what to make of this Himalayan Salt Plate when I found it...does it salt your food? Shouldn't it be in a grinder tucked into your spice shelf? Believe it or not, it's great for grilling and serving chilled food, such as sushi. To boot, it's easy to clean! Find it at Sur La Table. I'm adding this to my Father's Day gift idea list.
