We are a household of two (plus Plug!). I love love love baking  for my little family, but we always have too much. When I do, I send a box to his office and bring a box to mine.  When you break it down, it's much more expensive to bake, than to go to the bodega or cafe for a cookie.

The Fooducate blog suggests portioning out cookies in ice cube trays to freeze until desired use. Genius! And your cookie will always be freshly baked.
