Pumpkin Casserole

I'm a little obsessed with this Staub Pumpkin Covered Casserole. I'll admit that I'd probably use it year-round. Isn't Autumn the best season? I'm already a little sad that the pumpkins and ghourds decorating our apartment are reaching their experation date!
