A traffic free Times Square.

I typically avoid the contact sport of cutting through Times Square. After reading that traffic would be cut off from Broadway all the way to Herald Square, I grew curious on how this would change the dynamic. Will businesses suffer? A better distribution Midwestern tourist standing in awe as they snap photos? Will it be easier to weave around the "Do you like comedy!" guys?

I shuffled out last night to run an errand/check it out. Lawn chairs in brilliant colors have been generously scattered. A bit more flow and certainly a playful atmosphere has been created. To gauge a better understanding, check out this amazing site: Panoramas(dot)dk.
