nativity brooklyn
First: I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of this photo. It's been a gray, overcast day. (But powdery snow resulted!). While walking Pilgrim, and scoping out brunch deals, I stumbled across this little gem. Getting past the fact that we're well into January, (read: expiration date for Christmas decorations) I'm delighted to have come across this Nativity Scene, encased in the AC Unit on my neighbor's brownstone. How did I miss this before? It's just so, what's the word, grand? Amusing? The "Proud to Be an American" stickers and creepy dolls in the window really pull it together, no? Thank you, Park Slope, for keeping it interesting.
