Olaf began to manipulate digital images in the late 1990's. He continued to develop his style with video and filming projects which gained recognition in children's television and short documentary focused industries.

The Dutch photographer's work offers a shifty feel in his Nostalgia series (sampled above). The pop art takes a gander at humanity with a wacky edge and fantastic light. These pieces were featured in a 2006 Paris show with Ray Caesar and Sas Christian at Galerie Magda Danysz. Earlier this year, Olaf was featured in a solo show at the gallery. The artist focus aims to depict a simplistic life. In the process, the composure turned a bit bizarre and somewhat nostalgic- thus the theme was derived.
