Given the absurdly difficult feat of getting me to Jersey: my arrival at Zeppelin Hall (during a blizzard) offered the word, "monumental" from my friend Taylor's mouth. While most biergartens are noted for their impressive outdoor space, Zeppelin proved its worth in massive indoor accommodations. Thick heat permeated from a massive fireplace- vaulted ceilings and long benches secured my comfort. We sipped on beer and bourbon. Words exchanged. Games were played.
Among the eats: massive sausages, soft pretzels and Bavarian classics. Zeppelin is best suited for a large rowdy group of friends. While I appreciated the intimacy, versus the massive Bohemian Beer Garden in Queens, New York City takes the cake.
