As featured in the Boston Globe and New York magazine's The Approval Matrix, (lowbrow-brilliant) green polar bears are being featured in the Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens in central Japan. The bears stirred up many concerns of poor health, mold, etc. Truth be told- the bears turned green after swimming in a pond thick with algae.
